Tails Never Fails Dog Grooming Studio is owned and run by Bekki Simpson and has been situated in The Laundry at Whipley Manor Farm, since inception of the business in August 2014.
Bekki is a fully qualified City & Guilds dog groomer, she is insured and a member of the Pet Industry Federation.
Tails Never Fails offers a full range of grooming services (except hand stripping) but including Ultrasonic teeth cleaning and a complimentary first 'meet and greet' appointment for puppies and nervous dogs. This allows them to get used to being handled by the groomer and desensitise to the environment and the noises associated with the grooming process.
Bekki sources the very best natural products available for use in the studio, which is a calm environment in a serene location. Bekki works on a 'one in, one out' basis so only one dog (or one family's dogs) is in the studio at any one time so she can give her full care and attention to your pet.
